Check Your iCloud Account
If you have enabled iCloud Contacts on your iPhone, your contacts will be synced to your iCloud account. To check if your contacts are still available in your iCloud account, go to www.icloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password. Once you are logged in, click on the Contacts icon. If your contacts are available, you can export them to a vCard file and then import them back to your iPhone.
To export your contacts from iCloud, select all the contacts by pressing Command+A on Mac or Control+A on Windows. Then click on the gear icon at the bottom left corner and select “Export vCard”. Click on the iPhone icon and then click on “Restore Backup”. Select the backup that contains your contacts and click on “Restore”. Wait for the process to complete and then disconnect your iPhone from the computer.
Note that restoring a backup will erase all the data on your iPhone and replace it with the data from the backup. Therefore, you should make sure to back up your iPhone regularly to avoid losing your data. Also, if you have made any changes to your contacts after the backup was created, those changes will not be included in the backup and you will lose them after the restore.
Restore Contacts from iCloud Backup
If you have enabled iCloud Backup on your iPhone and have a recent backup that includes your contacts, you can restore the backup to get your contacts back. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset and then select “Erase All Content and Settings”. This will erase all the data on your iPhone and make it ready for a new setup.
During the setup process, you will be asked if you want to set up your iPhone as a new device or restore it from an iCloud backup.
